Murder mystery supper at Chislehurst Golf Club

This year The Chislehurst Society is celebrating its 90th birthday, and the Imperial Players are delighted to be performing “Death at the Tenth”, by Archie Wilson, a murder mystery with supper, at the Chislehurst Golf Club, directed by Jez Frampton.
The performance dates are 21st, 22nd, 23rd May 2024.

The script is available to read on Lazybee scripts, but in brief;

Herbert Gloom, the former club golf professional is now the greenkeeper at the Golf Club and harbours a grudge against the entire committee ever since a new professional was appointed.
He quietly collects evidence of fraud, secret liaisons, and other nefarious doings ready to present when the time is right.  The annual Golf dinner is the perfect opportunity.

There are four male and four female parts, ages can be flexible.

Part of the dialogue will be improvised and the rehearsals will allow you to develop the dialogue with your fellow actors.

It promises to be a fun event in a beautiful venue and we look forward to seeing you at the auditions, which will be ;
Monday 12th February and Monday 19th February at 7.30 pm in the Club Room of the Chislehurst Golf Club (Camden Place), Camden Park Road, BR7 5HJ
