Although Beckenham Theatre is on the move and the old theatre building on Bromley Road has closed, theatre in Bromley is now emerging from the pandemic and shows are being prepared elsewhere for Christmas and 2022.
Mike Darbon, who directed Beckenham Theatre’s last panto, Aladdin in 2019, has been asked to direct Pratts Bottom Dramatic Society’s next pantomime – The Wizard of Oz – and all members of BTC, especially those that love doing pantomimes are invited to come along to an open readthrough on Wednesday, 1st September and the open auditions being held on the 13th and 15th September. Performances are at the end of January 2022.
