We’re Theatre 62 (also known as Wickham Theatre Centre), a studio-based community theatre group based in West Wickham in south-east London. We produce five shows each year, each running from Monday to Saturday. Our address is Corkscrew Hill, West Wickham, BR4 9BA.
Grace, a clergy wife, breaks free from a lifetime of proper conduct after her husband – Bardolph’s – death. Now, she candidly speaks her mind, especially to the new vicar, Sarah.
When Grace’s eccentric missionary sister Ruth returns, hidden secrets surface, compelling her to confront Bardolph’s ghost and the reality of their marriage.
Entertaining Angels asks whether God can be trusted to do anything right at all, “Or is the whole thing a divine exercise in trial and error?”
